We're a travel agency built on a simple inversion: most agencies sell on price and skimp on the detail. We market the dream, sell the trust, and deliver the detail — from the first email to the last sunset.
Eden Trails sells inbound Botswana and regional safaris — the Okavango Delta, Chobe and Victoria Falls — alongside outbound holidays to Cape Town, the Indian Ocean and further afield. We work from Gaborone and Maun, close to the suppliers, the airstrips and the parks.
What we're really selling is trust. A trip is hundreds of small decisions — which camp for which water level, when to fly, what to pack, who to call if a boat is missed. We make those decisions with you, and we own them.
We're a young agency and we'd rather earn your confidence than overstate it. We're in the process of obtaining Botswana Tourism Organisation (BTO) certification, and we issue air tickets through our IATA-accredited partner, Fly-ticketpro. We'll never imply an accreditation we don't yet hold — here's our full disclosure.
We curate
We know the camps, the routes, the food and the season tricks — and we choose for you. The right Delta camp for your month's water, not a brochure photo.
We're honest
Real net costs, transparent mark-up, plain talk. If a property closed last week, we say so and offer two alternatives — we don't hide behind 'circumstances beyond our control'.
We secure promises
Confirmations in writing, deposits paid to a trust account against a unique reference, and a 24/7 line while you travel. Once you've paid, the lodge knows.
We give back
We pledge 1% of every booking to a Botswana conservation partner, and build real conservation and community encounters into trips that want them.
The litmus test
When you come home, you should be able to name at least three specific moments we arranged that no other agency would have. If you can, we've done our job — and won a client for life.
